Reserving DMC Field Equipment in Reftab
How-To Reserve DMC Field Equipment
1. Go to Reftab.com.
2. Click the "Log In" button type your Endicott email address.
3. Once you type your email, a box will pop up that says "Login with single sign-on" > click it.

4. On the next screen, re-enter your Endicott email address and password and hit the "Log In" button.

5. Once logged in, click on the button that says "CMM Equipment WAX118" to see the full inventory of the Digital Media Center.

6. From there, everything is broken down into asset categories, and camera kits are at the bottom of the page. Once you click into a category, you can see what is available.
7. When viewing assets or kits, there will be a button that says "Add to Cart." Press this to add assets to your order.

8. Once ready to submit your reservation, click on the white shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the screen.

9. When selecting your pickup and return day/time, do so in the rectangular boxes under "Pickup Time" and "Return Time" rather than clicking into the calendar itself.

10. Once you have selected you pickup and return days/times, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you will see an important reminder of making sure your reservation adheres to the posted schedule. Please note, the time listed for the pickup and return is when you are expected to arrive. If you would like to arrive at a more specific time in the pickup and return windows, please write those times in the text box. Then click "Submit Reservation." You should receive an email from Reftab confirming your reservation has been submitted successfully.

11. You can then come to room #118 in the Wax Academic Center at the date and time listed for your reservation to pick up the gear. Returns will be made with the equipment manager at the same location at the date and time listed as well.
Troubleshooting Issues
- Only students who are actively enrolled in digital media classes and have submitted the Digital Media Center Agreement Form will be able to submit equipment reservations. - If Reftab is not responding properly when trying to submit a reservation, try refreshing the page.
- When users click and drag on the calendar itself when trying to submit a reservation, it sometimes doesn't work right. The most reliable way to select the pickup and return days/times is by following the instructions in the above section.
- If you would like to request equipment outside of the posted schedule, please proceed to this user guide that explains how to do so - https://endicott.freshservice.com/a/solutions/articles/10000101480. If a proper request is not submitted, reservations will be expected to adhere to the posted schedule.
