1. Go to https://my.endicott.edu/ics/

2. Click Forgotten or Change Password

3. Enter your full Endicott e-mail address, your password, and click login

4. Enter your new password (you will need to enter it twice to confirm your new password), answer your security questions, and click login

5. Done! You should see a message that says the password reset was successful. Please Note: This will also change your password for everything including My Endicott, G-Mail, Your Endicott computer login, Network Drives, and Joining to the WIFI. Your network drives should stay mapped after a computer restart as well as a WIFI connection. In case it doesn't just re-enter your credentials (Endicott e-mail address and password) when prompted
