Use this to request for specific Software, Hardware, Application Access, or Account Creation
1. In your browser go to https://endicott.freshservice.com
2. Click on Request New Service
3. Here you will see all the different types of services you can request. Scroll down till you find what you looking for or choose from the service categories on the left
4. Once you find what you are looking for click on the item you want and click Request now
5. Enter your Endicott E-Mail Address under the requestor field, select what you need in the drop-down boxes and calendar, and click Place Request:
