Upon entering the Cleary Lecture Hall, there is a light switch located near the doors closest to the stage. Turning it on will activate the audience, aisle, and stage lights. Turning it off will result in only the stage lights staying on. There is also a touch panel located on the wall towards the right side when standing on stage. This will give the user more advanced lighting controls for all lights in the space.
At the lectern on the stage you will find a touch panel. It will automatically light up when you get near. To begin the activation of the system, press anywhere on the screen.
The touch panel will then ask if you would like to use the projector. If you do not need the projector at the start of the event, you can click Audio Only. The projector can be turned on and off from within the main control panel later on if needed. Pressing Projector On will automatically lower the whole screen. There is a control switch on the wall located stage right outside of the AV closet which will allow you to lower/raise the projector and stop it at a specific height.

Troubleshooting:
If the lectern PC laptop does not automatically wake up, tap the spacebar. If this does not wake it up, there is a power button on the right side of the computer screen. For audio/video issues, check that none of the mute buttons are lit on the touch panel. If they are lit, that indicates mute is on.
Testing the sound of the computer as well as the Internet connection can be done by playing a video on YouTube. If the sound seems low, first check the computer volume (speaker icon on the bottom right of the Desktop on the computer). If it appears to be at a good volume (50-75%), then use the buttons on the touch panel on the lectern to adjust the level going to the system.
