There at least two possible reasons that this can happen.

- The video has not been made "public"

- The video hasn't been published to a course


1. View HTML for the Canvas page/assignment


                                                                                                                                                                                                      

  


  

2. Find the name of the video.


 


3. Open YuJa. If you don't know which user collection the video is stored in, copy and paste the name of the video (or a portion if you don't know the full name) into "Search" 



4. When the video is displayed, select it with one click and you'll see the "Go to Parent Folder" appear in the menu bar, click on it


 


5. Hover mouse over the right side of the video and click "Publish" (red arrow) and select the course you want to publish it to or click on "More" (green arrow) to open full menu of options 


                                                                                                                                                                                                  

                 


6. Finally, click on "Links" and make sure the security settings are set to "Public" and click "Save"
