Getting the room ready
Turning on the lights:
Upon entering the Klebanoff Auditorium, there is a light switch located near the double doors in the back of the room.
Raising/lowering the window curtains:
At the front of the room where the AV controls are, you will find a switch on the wall that allows you to raise and lower the window curtains.
AV controls:
On the lectern at the front of the room you will find a touch panel. It will automatically light up when movement is detected. To begin system activation, press anywhere on the screen.

Activate Full System will turn on the projector, automatically lower the screen, and turn on the audio system. If you do not need the projector, you can press Activate Audio System. The projector can be turned on and off from within the main control panel later if needed.
Control panel main page:
Once the system fully activates, you will see the control panel main page.

Top of the main page:
Here is where you will find the different input options.
PC - This is for the dedicated lectern computer.
USB-C - This cable is for connecting a personal laptop. It can be found on top of the lectern. This cable does NOT provide power to the computer.
HDMI Lectern - This cable is for connecting a personal laptop. It can be found on top of the lectern. This cable does NOT provide power to the computer.
HDMI Booth - This connection port is built into the AV access panel in the AV booth of the auditorium.

Left side of the main page:
Projector On/Projector Off - This allows for turning the projector on/off mid event without turning the overall system off.
Video Mute - This controls the image blackout option of the main display. Activating this will also stop the computer content feed to the Lecture Capture system. The projector will stay active if it is already on.
Lecture Capture - This menu allows for controlling the room's built in Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) camera to capture activities at the front of the room. Do NOT use this option for class sessions. This system does not interact with Zoom.
Send to Lobby - This allows for audio/video content in the auditorium to be shared to the TV and audio system in the lobby outside the auditorium double doors.

Right side of the main page:
Computer Volume - The up/down arrows can be used to raise/lower the volume of audio content computing from the computer. If the Mute button is engaged, any audio content from the computer will be silenced.
Microphone Volume - The u/down arrows can be used to raise/lower the volume of the podium microphone, as well as for any handheld or lavalier microphones that are connected to the room system. If the Mute button is engaged, all microphones connected to the room system will be silenced.

Bottom of the main page:

Pressing the Help button will display the AV Services phone number.

The System Off button will give the option to power the system down, including the projector and all microphones. The below prompt will be displayed to prevent accidental powering down.
