How-To Sign Up for Reftab (Students & Faculty)

1. In order to sign up for Reftab and be given the ability to reserve DMC field equipment, students/faculty must first submit the Digital Media Center Agreement Form.

2. Once the form has been submitted, your Reftab account will be activated within the next two business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

3. If students/faculty sign into Reftab before submitting this form and having their account activated by the DMC Coordinator, they will not have access to the inventory, nor have the ability to submit equipment reservations.

4. If the information required in the form is not filled out properly, students will not be given access to reserve any equipment until it has been corrected. There are no exceptions.
