To support the various functions of the College, Campus Technology provisions and maintains several voicemail services tailored to the needs of specific departments and groups.

This guide is meant to provide an overview of the voicemail services available to each group of employees and direct you to the appropriate resource for managing a specific voicemail function. Please use the hyperlinks below in each section to access the proper support resource. This guide is updated frequently to include links to additional resources, so please refer back to it as needed.

Voicemail Services Overview:

Campus Technology provisions and maintains voicemail boxes for all active faculty and staff phone extensions. As of Summer 2023, all Endicott voicemail boxes are hosted on a single platform and must be protected by a PIN -- please review the articles below if you are having issues accessing your voicemail box.

In addition to individual voicemail boxes, some departments utilize Shared Voicemail Boxes associated with shared or "bridged" extensions. These Shared Voicemail Boxes allow several department members to monitor a single voicemail box. Shared Voicemail Boxes can sometimes have different access and management processes from personal voicemail boxes -- please note any instructions below that pertain specifically to Shared Voicemail Boxes.
