Getting Started with your Endicott Okta Account
Okta is Endicott’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform used for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
Endicott requires MFA to protect sensitive employee and student data and align with State and Federal data security guidelines.
Okta MFA is required on these Endicott applications/systems:
Gmail ~ Gullcard ~ VPN ~ Workday ~ Microsoft

Click the Okta Verify set up button

- A QR code will display, leave this window open while you install the app on your mobile device

- On your mobile device, open the Apple App store or Google Play store - search for and install Okta Verify

Tap Skip at the top left corner

Tap Skip when prompted to add the account from another device

Tap "Yes, Ready to Scan" on your mobile app

10. Tap Allow, to allow Camera Access to scan the QR code

Scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen

Tap Allow to allow push notifications

13. Tap Allow for Face ID for Face ID or Passcode Confirmation, tap enable and select either Face ID for facial recognition or Password to enter your password instead.
14. You will see the Account Added screen when you have finished the setup. Tap Done
