Finding Your MAC Address on an Xbox Device

For Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S:

  1. Power on your Xbox: Turn on your Xbox Series X or Series S console.
  2. Access Settings:
    • Press the Xbox button on the controller to bring up the guide.
    • Select Profile & system (the icon featuring your profile picture).
    • Choose Settings.
  3. Network Settings:
    • In the Settings menu, select General.
    • Next, choose Network settings.
  4. Check MAC Address:
    • Under Network settings, select Advanced settings.
    • Here, you will see the MAC address displayed under "Wired MAC address" and "Wireless MAC address" depending on your connection type.

For Xbox One (Original, S, X):

  1. Turn on your Xbox: Turn on your Xbox One console.
  2. Access Settings:
    • Press the Xbox button on the controller to bring up the guide.
    • Navigate to System and select Settings.
  3. Network Settings:
    • In the Settings menu, select Network.
    • Next, choose Network settings.
  4. Check MAC Address:
    • Under Network settings, select Advanced settings.
    • The MAC address will be displayed for both wired and wireless connections.

For Xbox 360:

  1. Turn on the Xbox 360: Turn on your Xbox 360 console.
  2. Access System Settings:
    • From the dashboard, navigate to Settings.
    • Select System.
  3. Network Settings:
    • In the System menu, select Network Settings.
    • Choose the connection (either Wired or Wireless) you're using.
  4. Check MAC Address:
    • Select Configure Network.
    • The MAC address will be listed on this screen under "Basic Settings."
