Add Third Party Access to Workday (Friends and Family)
Students must add contacts, grant 3rd party access, and then customize 3rd party access for Friends and Family.
Please view the Job Aid on the Workday@Endicott website for instructions (students must log in with Endicott credentials to view instructions).
As a snapshot, please see below of what the student must complete in order for their firends and family to receive the email with their login information:
When your student logs in, they need to go to the top right of the webpage to their photo, and click View Profile. On the left side click Contact, and choose the Friends and Family Tab
Your name is listed there. To the right of your name click Actions
Then click the checkbox Is Third Party User
Click OK and click Done
Go back to the Actions button again, and there's a new option to Manage Permissions for My Third Party:
A pop up will show up with the parents name. Click OK
This is where they need to check off all permissions they want you to have:
Click OK. They need to type in "Purpose of waiver" pretty much why they are giving you access, confirm and click submit. An email will be sent to you with instructions to access their account when they click Submit.
