Wylie Center Beverly Room AV (User Guide)
This guide will cover the standard operation of the Beverly Room in the Wylie Center.
The Beverly Room has 2 hardline computer input ports as well as an Airtame.
On the back wall of the room, there is an AAP that has an XLR input and output option to allow for auxiliary mixers to be added as well as a line level output for 3rd party record/streaming. The HDMI input port on the back wall AAP is a normal system in while the HDMI output port is fed by the room's SMP.

The room AV is controlled by a touch panel located on the wall by the stage. To begin, press Full AV System to turn on the audio system, as well as the projector and TV screens. Press Audio System Only if you do not want the projector and TVs to turn on.

Once the system turns on, this Homepage will appear on the touch panel.

The Microphone panel on the left side of the screen controls the microphone volume. Pressing the Help button will display the AV support phone number on the screen.

The Speakers panel on the right side of the screen controls the volume of the content coming from the connected device. The system Turn Off button is also located in this panel.

Along the top of the Homepage is where the Display and Recorder settings are located, as well as various Source options.
- Stage Plate is for devices plugged in on the stage.
- Rear Plate is for devices plugged in at the back of the room, opposite of the stage.
- Airtame is a wireless share option built into the room. Selecting this option will display a URL and code on the screen for connecting a device.

By clicking the Display button in the top left corner, you will see settings for turning on/off the projector, raising/lowering the screen at the stage, and turning on/off the two hanging TVs.

By clicking the Recorder button in the top right corner, you will see settings for controlling the record capability in the room. Currently, this will only record the content coming from the source device, and microphone audio. There is no camera.

When you are done using the room AV system, click the Turn Off button at the bottom right of the Homepage. You will then see a message on the touch panel confirming if you want to turn the system off.
