You can waive the health insurance by logging into University Health Plans at this link: http://www.universityhealthplans.com/endicott. You will need your health insurance card, your student ID number and provide your legal name. If the waiver site is open, you will want to select “Waiver Form” and complete the required information. You will receive a confirmation when your waiver has been approved.
