If I need the insurance coverage, should I enroll in the plan?

Yes. Although the College will automatically enroll you in the insurance plan, this will not be done until approximately half way through semester. If you need to see a doctor, your insurance will not be on file. It is in your best interest to complete the waiver form on the University Health Plans website.

Click on Enrollment Form and complete the required information. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been enrolled. Your insurance card will be mailed to you; however, you may also print a card from the website.
