Changing Visibility of YouTube Videos & Playlists
Changing Visibility of Individual Videos 1. Log into YouTube. 2. On the left side of the screen click "Your Videos." 3. All videos on your channel will now be displayed. Click on the current visibility status of the particular video you're looking to edit. 4. You will be presented with all visibility options. Click the status you want to apply to the particular video and hit save. Changing Visibility of Playlists 1. Log into YouTube. 2. On the left side of the screen click "Your Videos." 3. At the top of the screen under "Channel Content" click on "Playlists." 4. Hover your cursor over the particular playlist you want to edit. 5. Click on the pencil icon labeled "Details." 6. On the right side of the screen you will be able to change the playlist's visibility status. 7. Click "Save" to apply any changes. The new visibility status will apply to the entire playlist.

Adding a Trailer to Your YouTube Channel
1. Log into YouTube. 2. On the left side of the screen click on "Your Channel." 3. Click "Customize Channel" at the top of the screen. 4. Under the "Layout" tab you can add a video that's already been uploaded to your channel as a trailer that will automatically play when non-subscribers go to your channel. 5. There is also an option under the "Layout" tab to add a featured video that will automatically play for subscribers when they go to your channel. It will only automatically play once for returning subscribers.

Sharing Content on TVs in Wax 122 Post-Production
This guide will explain how to share content from the computer stations, BluRay player, and from a personal device using an HDMI cable to the wall mounted TVs in Wax 122 Post-Production. Inputs 1-13 - Computer Stations - At the metal equipment rack at the far end of the room, there will be two remotes to turn on the Samsung TVs. Both of them are (or should be) set to HDMI 1/DVI. - Using the numbered buttons on the HDMI KVM Switch located at the top of the metal equipment rack, select the number corresponding to the computer station you want to share. For the double-digit computers (10-13) you will first need to hit the 1+ button (located at the bottom right hand side of the switch control panel), and then select the second number. You should then see the number corresponding to the computer being shared displayed on the LED screen and the content from the computer will be showing on the TVs. All computers will have a number sticker located along the bottom of the monitor (they are numbered sequentially with the seat closest to the door being #1 and proceeding clockwise around the room). It will take no more than 5 seconds for the content on the computer to display on the TVs. Input 14 - BluRay Player - Input 14 is used for the BluRay player. The BluRay remote for powering on the player is located at the metal equipment rack. - On the HDMI KVM Switch, press the 1+ button and then the 4 button. You will then see the number 14 displayed on the LED screen and the content from the BluRay player will be showing on the TVs. Input 15 - ShareLink Please use this link for the guide on wireless sharing from a personal device: https://endicott.freshservice.com/a/solutions/articles/10000095010 Input 16 - HDMI Connection - Input 16 is used for connecting a personal device to the TVs using an HDMI cable. One end of the cable will get plugged directly into the HDMI port on the front of the metal equipment rack. The other end will get plugged into your personal device. - On the HDMI KVM Switch, press the 1+ button and then the 6 button. You will then see the number 16 displayed on the LED screen and the content from your personal device showing on the TVs once the HDMI cable is plugged in. Volume Control - Underneath the HDMI KVM Switch on the metal equipment rack you will find a volume knob. This will raise, lower, and mute the volume coming through the ceiling speakers when audio is being played from the shared device. When the light indicator is red that means mute is engaged. Please do not adjust the volume directly on the TVs. Powering Down - When users are done sharing content to the TVs, do not power down the metal equipment rack. Instead, log-out of the computers and power off the TVs using the two Samsung remotes. Troubleshooting Common Issues No content being displayed on the TVs - Confirm the correct input is selected on the HDMI KVM Switch at the top of the metal equipment rack. Mac stations: Inputs 1-13 BluRay player: Input 14 ShareLink: Input 15 HDMI cable: Input 16 - Confirm the TVs are on the correct input (HDMI 1/DVI). No audio coming through ceiling speakers - Confirm the volume mute isn't engaged on the metal equipment rack (red light means mute is on). Also, confirm that the volume knob isn't set to the lowest setting. - On the device being used for sharing, you may need to go into the audio settings and select Extron D as the output device. Also, confirm that audio on the device being used for sharing isn't muted/low. Metal equipment rack isn't receiving power - If you aren't seeing lights on the metal equipment rack, it may have been shut off. There is 1 master power switch, and a separate power switch for the HDMI KVM Switch on the front of the rack > confirm those are on. They should not be shut off after use.

Wireless Screen Sharing in Wax 122
This guide will explain how to share content wirelessly from a personal device to the wall mounted TVs in Wax 122 Post-Production. Input 15 - ShareLink - At the metal equipment rack at the far end of the room, there will be two remotes to turn on the Samsung TVs. Both of them are (or should be) set to HDMI 1/DVI. - Mounted at the top of the metal equipment you will find an HDMI KVM Switch. Input 15 needs to be selected to display content wirelessly from a personal device. To do so, press the 1+ and then 5 button. You will know the correct input has been selected when 15 is displayed on the LED screen. - Once Input 15 is selected it will take no more than 5 seconds until an image appears on the TVs. Once it does, you will see an IP Address listed in the bottom left corner of the screen (10.216.133.75). Go into a web browser on your person device and enter the IP Address into the web address bar > press enter. IP Address displayed on the TV for connecting a personal device - Once you go to that IP Address, you will now see a screen in your browser like the one pictured below. Click the SHARE button. The webpage that IP Address takes you to - You will likely get a warning saying "Your connection is not private." Click on the Advanced button. At the bottom of the page you will see a button that says "Proceed to 10.216.133.75" > click this. -You will now be prompted to enter a 4 digit code (this will change every time someone stops sharing their screen). It can be found along the bottom of the TV screens next to the IP Address. Then enter your name and click connect. Image of the screen asking for the 4-digit code and your name - You will now select what content on the device you want to share. - To stop sharing, click the Stop Sharing button. You can also close out of any ShareLink tabs in your web browser. After you've done so, a new 4 digit code will be generated for the next person who wants to share.
