Who is Audio Visual Services:
The Audio Visual Services Department at Endicott College (AV) designs, installs, maintains and trains users on the usage of presentation technology for classroom and meeting spaces for the college. AV is also the primary support team for the college's Zoom accounts. This team is regularly involved with large scale events throughout the college's annual calendar including but not limited to New Student Orientations, Admissions Open House, Alumni Reunion Weekend, Commencement and the meetings of the college's Board of Trustees. AV also provides event planning consultations to assist on campus groups to leverage AV's event experience in planning their events.
Office hours for AV Services:
Below are the department's hours of operation, AV does NOT necessarily have someone in the office at all times
Monday: 8:00AM - 6:00PM
Tuesday: 8:00AM - 6:00PM
Wednesday: 8:00AM - 6:00PM
Thursday: 8:00AM - 6:00PM
Friday (school year): 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Friday (summer): 8:00AM - 1:00PM (available up to 5:00PM if arranged at least 10 business days in advance)
Weekends and Holidays: Closed
On snow days or other events where working from home is encouraged, the physical AV offices will be closed but the team will be operating from home.

If there isn't anyone available to take your call, please be sure to leave a message with your contact information and include the space that you are calling about.AV has the ability to remotely control and diagnose all permanently installed classrooms and most conference rooms on campus. Events:
Special requests for events that have an in-person component must be communicated in full to AV team a MINIMUM of 10 business days prior to the event in order to have the best chance of fulfilling the request. All in-person events must be booked in the Events Management System (EMS) prior to AV getting involved. This is to prevent booking issues that have caused issues in the past.
Submitting requests are not guaranteed to approved. Equipment and staff are available based on the overall needs of the college.
